Based in Hartford, Connecticut (commonly referred to as the Insurance Capital of the World), Attorney Ryan Suerth represents insurance policyholders, exclusively—never insurance companies. Ryan left the partnership at one of the largest law firms in Connecticut to focus on his own practice, Suerth Law, where he enforces policyholders’ rights against insurance companies under all forms of insurance, including general liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, professional liability and property insurance policies. He also represents policyholders in connection with other insurance-related issues, including insurance policy and contract review, and the oversight of liability claims. With over ten years of experience in the area of insurance law, Ryan has distinguished himself as a pro-policyholder insurance coverage attorney.

Ryan also served four years of active duty service in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. His military experience included a one-year deployment to Iraq, where he served as legal advisor to an infantry unit.
